God's silence

God's silence isn't indifference
For waiting, He enhances our reliance

God's silence isn't malignance
For He gives us time to learn to abandon resistance

God's silence isn't meant to keep distance
For seeking provokes us to depend on His guidance
and to forsake our intelligence

God's silence is actually full of expectance
that we'll finally be under his providence
and ask: “What is God's preference?”

“What is God's preference?” It is my question, too. Eager to know what your answer is.

I don't think God has specific preference about what we choose. But God certainly has general preference over what we should think. So, if you know God's thinking by His doing, you will know in what way God want you to think. Thus, anything you choose will be God's preference.
